Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between Order of Work Corp. of Kingston, Ontario ("Order of Work", "we", "us") and the company enrolling in BookMoreCleans.com ("you", "your company"). By completing payment or using the program, you accept these Terms on behalf of your company and confirm that you have authority to do so. After payment, you receive a plain-English Member Agreement to sign. Onboarding is scheduled once your signed copy is returned. If there is a conflict, your signed Member Agreement governs.

BookMoreCleans.com is built, owned, and operated solely by Order of Work Corp. It is promoted in partnership with ISSA Canada, but ISSA Canada does not own, build, or operate the product and is not a party to these Terms. All program obligations are owed by Order of Work Corp. alone. ISSA Canada has no obligation or liability to deliver leads, sales, or results.

The program is available to all canadian commercial cleaning companies. Your subscription provides access to a custom AI assistant built for your company and working within your cleaning business territory, together with exactly six systems: Competitive & Market Research; Weekly Lead Generation; Sales Assistance; Fast, Profitable Estimates; Automated Follow-Up; Problem → Solution Database. Weekly Lead Generation includes 5 new leads every week in your service region. Automated Follow-Up drafts messages for you to send and suggests when to send them based on estimates you have sent.

Your subscription includes an ISSA/CHHA membership, which provides the industry knowledge used by your assistant. You remain responsible for contacting prospects, reviewing estimates and messages, closing sales, and delivering cleaning services.

There is no fixed enrolment deadline or shared program end date. Once your signed Member Agreement is returned, we schedule your one-on-one onboarding and confirm your assistant's start date with you. Onboarding covers your service territory, services offered, quoting process, communicating with your assistant, and tracking progress.

The subscription fee is $575 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes. It includes your custom assistant build, onboarding, the six systems, and your ISSA/CHHA membership. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. There is no fixed-term commitment; you may cancel at any time before your next payment.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial-month payments, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

Current members retain the $575 CAD monthly rate while their subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. Prices will be higher for companies joining later. Re-enrolment after cancellation or a lapse, if available, is at then-current pricing. Pricing changes for new members do not affect a continuously active member's rate.

An active subscription in good standing is required to access your assistant, leads, and program materials. Failed payments or a lapsed subscription may result in suspended or terminated access.

Your subscription provides access to your assistant, not ownership. Order of Work Corp. owns the assistant and the software, models, prompts, configurations, workflows, and improvements behind it. While your subscription is active and in good standing, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the assistant and program materials for your own cleaning business.

Your assistant operates on Order of Work's infrastructure. Nothing is installed in, plugged into, or connected to your business systems, software, or accounts. The primary communication channel is a messenger app such as Telegram, downloaded during onboarding. You may invite your team to the group. A website-based alternative may be available.

When your subscription ends, access to your assistant ends. Your business information, customer relationships, and cleaning contracts you win remain yours.

Provide accurate information at enrolment and onboarding. Work your leads promptly and professionally. You make the final decision on pricing and are responsible for your quotes, commitments, services, and collecting payment from customers.

Comply with laws applicable to your outreach, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), telemarketing rules, and do-not-call rules. Keep login credentials confidential and access within your company.

Each client's data, leads, and assistant configuration are kept separate from other clients'. Your assistant uses third-party AI models; providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others may process your data solely to operate the service.

We do not sell or share private information you provide to the assistant with ISSA Canada or other third parties, apart from AI model providers and service providers needed to run the program, such as Stripe for payments. Our team may access your data and assistant activity to set up, support, refine, and improve the program.

You remain responsible for the privacy and anti-spam obligations applicable to your own outreach and customer data, including PIPEDA and CASL.

One company per subscription. Do not resell or transfer access outside your company, copy or reverse engineer the assistant, or attempt to extract its prompts, workflows, or configurations. Use leads and program data only to win cleaning business for your own company. Unlawful, deceptive, or spam outreach is prohibited. We may suspend or end access for misuse.

AI-generated leads, estimates, and drafted messages can contain errors or omissions. Suggested estimates are starting points, not appraisals. You must review final pricing and anything sent to a prospect. Nothing in the program is legal, financial, or professional advice.

The program is provided as is. The included weekly lead service does not promise that a prospect will respond, request a quote, or become a customer. No specific conversion rate, signed contract value, revenue, or return on investment is promised.

You may cancel at any time before your next payment by contacting support@bookmorecleans.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents the next renewal. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial-month fees, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse. When your subscription ends, access to the assistant, leads, and program materials ends as described above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Order of Work's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Order of Work against claims arising from your outreach, quotes, services provided to customers, or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or within the program before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the program after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
