Bootcamp Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 26, 2026

The agreement between you and Order of Work Corp. for the BookMoreCleans AI Assistant Bootcamp — four live sessions, November 25 to December 16, 2026, $975 CAD one-time.

These terms cover the bootcamp only. The monthly BookMoreCleans managed service has its own Terms & Conditions.

01.Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between Order of Work Corp. of Kingston, Ontario ("Order of Work", "we", "us") and the person or company registering for the BookMoreCleans AI Assistant Bootcamp ("you", "your company"). By paying the registration fee you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your company, and confirm that you have authority to bind it.

The bootcamp is delivered by Order of Work Corp. through BookMoreCleans and promoted in partnership with ISSA Canada. ISSA Canada does not deliver the bootcamp, is not a party to these Terms, and has no obligation or liability for the training, your assistant, or any results.

These Terms cover the bootcamp only. The monthly BookMoreCleans managed service is a separate program under its own Terms at https://bookmorecleans.com/terms. Registering for the bootcamp does not enrol you in that program.

02.What the bootcamp includes

The bootcamp is four live online sessions on Wednesdays: November 25, December 2, December 9, and December 16, 2026. Each session runs about two hours — roughly 90 minutes of guided building and 30 minutes for questions. Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours.

Your registration includes: up to three people from the same company; the four live sessions; recordings of every session; templates and setup instructions; four weeks of group support with answers within one business day; and a one-year ISSA/CHHA membership. If you are already a member, your membership is extended by one year.

No coding or prior AI experience is required. You need a computer, an internet connection, and a willingness to follow along and try something new.

03.Fees and payment

The registration fee is $975 CAD, one-time, plus applicable taxes. It is charged once and covers up to three people from your company. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. There is no bootcamp subscription and no ongoing fee payable to Order of Work.

Your seat is held once payment is complete. Registration closes November 23, 2026.

You will pay third-party providers separately for the AI and hosting services your assistant uses. Those costs are described below.

04.Payments are final

All payments are final and non-refundable. That applies to the bootcamp registration fee even if you register and change your mind, cannot attend a session, or decide the bootcamp is not right for you — so please check the dates and what is included before paying. You keep every session recording, the templates, and the setup instructions, and can use them at any time.

We can only return a payment where applicable law requires us to. If we cancel the bootcamp or are unable to deliver it, we will offer you a place in a later cohort.

05.Services and costs you arrange yourself

To run your assistant you will need third-party services of your choosing — typically an AI model provider and somewhere to host the assistant. You pay those providers directly, and their costs depend on the options you choose and how much you use them.

We explain the available options and their costs before you choose, and we help you set them up. You decide which services to use and you hold the accounts yourself. Order of Work is not a party to your agreements with those providers and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, or terms.

06.What you keep

You keep the assistant you build, the business information and files you supply, the templates and setup instructions, and the recordings. Your assistant runs in accounts you control, and you decide how it works, what you use it for, which AI services it uses, and what it is taught next.

When the bootcamp ends you continue to operate your assistant yourself. You can keep using and improving it, and you can stop at any time.

The templates, setup instructions, and recordings are licensed to you for your own company's use. You may use them freely inside your business, but you may not resell, publish, or redistribute them.

07.Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your business during training, and keep your logins and credentials confidential and access within your company.

You are responsible for how you use your assistant's output. Review anything before it is sent to a customer or prospect, and comply with the laws that apply to your business, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), privacy obligations under PIPEDA, and telemarketing and do-not-call rules.

08.Data, privacy, and AI processing

The assistant you build uses third-party AI models. Providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others may process the information you give your assistant solely to operate the service. Your business information is stored in the accounts you set up and control.

We do not sell your information. Our team may access the group support channel and session content to answer questions, support participants, and improve the bootcamp.

Every session is recorded and shared with the cohort, so participants may see or hear one another during live sessions and in the recordings.

09.Acceptable use

One registration covers one company and up to three people. Do not share your access outside your company, resell places in the bootcamp, or copy and redistribute the training materials. Do not use your assistant for unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk outreach. We may end your participation without refund for misuse.

10.AI outputs and no promise of results

AI-generated text, research, and estimates can contain errors or omissions. You must review outputs before relying on them or sending them to anyone. Nothing in the bootcamp is legal, financial, or professional advice.

The bootcamp teaches you how to build and use an AI assistant. It does not promise that you will gain leads, customers, contracts, revenue, or time savings, and no specific result, conversion rate, or return on investment is promised. Business outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, and how you use what you build.

11.Schedule, absences, and changes

Dates may need to change. If they do, we will tell you promptly and provide a recording of anything delivered. If you miss a session, the recording is posted within 24 hours and you can catch up before the following week.

Tools and content may change between sessions as better options become available. The aim is always that you finish with a working assistant that knows your business.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Order of Work's total liability under these Terms is limited to the registration fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Order of Work against claims arising from your use of your assistant, your outreach and quotes, the services you provide to your customers, or your breach of these Terms.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted at this address. A material change that affects you after registration will also be sent by email. Taking part in the bootcamp after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
